As Operations Director Katie is the go-to person for several roles. First, she ensures an exceptional client experience. She strives to provide an elevated level of customer service to the firm’s clients. She schedules an appointments, but also will dig deep to ensure our clients best interests. She is also responsible for the smooth operation of the firm on a day-to-day basis, and ensures the firm is meeting the highest level of compliance.
Katie graduated from Millersville University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. After graduation she pivoted to an administrative job a local financial firm. From there she was able to learn valuable industry skills. Katie moved into client services which helped propel her into compliance and operations management. Katie bring with he 15+ years of experience in the financial industry. She is glad to have found a firm that aligns with her values, always supporting our clients’ needs and best interests to grow their wealth, bloom their future and leave a legacy.
Katie lives in Oxford, Pennsylvania with my husband John, and our two children. In her spare time you can find her spending time with her family, volunteering at her children’s schools, and supporting all their sports and interests.
